My name is Olivier Bernier. My passion is about transmitting my knowledge to my clients. My love for sport, specially those that calls for strength, power and agility, was a big part of my life while growing up. As the years went by, my fascination for movement analysis combined with my love of sport and training brought me to become a private fitness coach.

My active life is at the base of the Athletic Fit approach. I don’t see training as a simple way to weight loss or to muscle gain.  Why not developpe physical aptitudes such as strength, power, agility, endurance… My first objective is to put first our body’s athletic capacities and not only its esthetic. The aim is to feel strong and in control of our body, its much more than just the feeling of being few pounds lighter or to have bigger biceps. In other words, to become strong, powerful hence more athletic you will see your body changes which will bring satisfaction.

This transformation is done in 3 parts. On top of the physical transformation, private coaching helps to transform our living lifestyle to find a balance between pleasure and discipline. Nothing is comparable to integrate a healthy lifestyle into our life and to realize what discipline could bring us. The third part, is the psychological transformation.  You will notice during the transformation process the confidence building, the love and respect for oneself is the biggest satisfaction one could achieve.  A healthy mind in a healthy body is the ultimate objective for a healthy lifestyle in all aspects of it.
