Descriptive:
Athletic Fit specializes in athletic development so you can produce high quality specific sports movements. To achieve this, the heart of the approach focuses on establishing a solid technical and structural foundation through basic exercises. The idea is to understand how the different joints work and interact with each other by exposing them to a variety of training types. These allow to develop the various physical qualities necessary for sport performance such as muscle mass, strength, endurance, power, speed, coordination and flexibility. Without these foundations, performance is limited and the risk of injury increased. Once these foundations are well established, we can finally move on to complex movements done at a high-intensity, those that simulate the actions specific to your sport. So whether you are a young athlete or an amateur who loves practicing sports, I’m here to UNLEASH YOUR INNER ATHLETE.
A 5-PHASE APPROACH
Phase 1- Foundations: Mobility, stability and technique to establish the foundations of sports movements. The most neglected phase in training.
Phase 2- The muscular base: Development of muscle mass to increase the strength potential, stability and consolidate the technique thanks to a slow and controlled tempo of execution.
Phase 3- Functional strength and dynamic stability: Development of strength and stability required to support, an explosive sporting actions, strengthen joints structure and increase overall athletic potential.
Phase 4- Power: Development of power, the combination of strength and speed on extremely stable support, an athletic ability at the heart of sport performance.
Phase 5- Agility: The basis of all motor skill necessary for performance. It is the product of a complex combination of speed, coordination, power and range of motion.
