Descriptive
This service is aimed at a clientele with a good level of training and knowledge wishing to train alone. Beforehand, you must have done the biomechanical evaluation and answer the questionnaire about your goals and lifestyle to know the different parameters. Each program is part of a logic to build the foundation for the next program until the goal is achieved. A 90-minute session is planned to explain and demonstrate the exercises of the new program.
Developing good planning is the key to consistent and goal-oriented progress.
