Private training is for people that are looking to train in a effective and specific way to get the most of your session so that you could reach your goals without getting hurt and in established delays.
Before starting a biomechanical test is required, so that way we will be able to intergrade specific exercise in your routine so to correct any posture problems, to prevent injuries and to maximize your execution to get better results and faster. You will also have to fill up a questionnaire to know better your needs, objectives and life style.
Quality of execution and the right intensity is at the base of getting results.
